Relo Radar

A personalised, password-free property portal that a Fort Worth buyer's agent creates by adding one tag to a contact in the CRM. The portal fills itself from the live MLS, delivers its own link by email and SMS, and sends every buyer action back as agent-readable activity.

Forty-eight seconds through all five flows, captured from production.
The portal itself: the buyer's name and criteria in the hero, then the three tabs — Current Listings, Past Sales, Private Sellers.
The blur is the feature: private sellers show approximate area, beds and acreage only — exact addresses never reach the browser.

Every tap is a CRM note

The portal exists so the agent knows what the buyer actually wants. A like, a favourite, a showing request — each one is, at the same moment, a note appearing on the buyer's record in the CRM.

The signature loop: a like, two favourites, each confirmed by a toast — then the Favorites filter cutting thirty-five homes down to two.
One home: the gallery, “Why it made the list”, and the action row the whole product exists for.
The same portal on a phone — where buyers actually open it.
