Four things, or it's a demo.
Working on the day of the demo is not the hard part. Surviving the third month is. A system has to be designed, it has to know your field, it has to be safe to hand your data to, and it has to hold when the volume arrives. All four, or I don't call it a solution.

- How it feels to use, and how it behaves when it fails. If people don't trust it, they route around it.
- Context
- Your field, your rules, your exceptions. Learned from your experts, not guessed from the internet.
- Security
- Your data stays yours. Access scoped, actions logged, every step reversible.
- Scalability
- It has to hold on the hundredth run the same way it held on the first.
