East Florida Homes

A marketing site for a residential remodeling and new-home construction business — built to help a homeowner decide whether to start a conversation, and to make every unverified claim visibly absent rather than quietly invented. It had to ship before the owner had supplied a license number, project photography, or a verified service area.

Lighthouse 13.4 against a production build, three runs per form factor.

The hero sweeps a dimensioned elevation drawing across the finished building — the same geometry twice, plan and built. One gesture, the whole thesis.
KEEP / CHANGE / BUILD — the decision band that frames the services.
The remodeling section sweeps a room mid-construction across the finished space.

The gaps are structural

Contractor sites converge on badge grids and claims nobody can check. Here the proof section is a homeowner verification checklist — what to demand from any contractor — and it says plainly that East Florida's own records will appear when they have been supplied. Turning the missing proof into the most trustworthy section on the site is the whole idea.

The lit worksite at dusk: near-black ground, one survey-orange action signal.
The location section asks for the visitor's address instead of claiming coverage — service area is confirmed from the property, never inferred from the domain.
